Just Kits Garages.
A Just Kits garage is built with pre-fabricated stud wall frames. There are no protruding columns to take up space in your garage, so you can open your car door without fear of damage (SEE GALLERY PAGE). Because all the wall framing components are flush, it is easier for you to install benches, peg boards, wall linings or brackets.
The walls are easiest to erect, it's just a matter of standing the few walls up. There are no loose wall components to worry about. The roof batterns are screwed directly to the top of the wall frame, there for distributing the stresses more evenly.
Dynabolts are supplied and used to achieve 11.7 tones of hold down on the average double garage. The roller doors, windows and personal door have a framed opening for ease of erection and additional strength.

Multiline
What is Multiline? Multiline is colorbond steel with a weatherboard look. It spans 900mm so it is most cost effective on a 2.7M wall height. Just Kits garages can be custom built to your needs. Gable overhang, Gable vents and safety screens are just some of the extras Just Kits can provide.
All Multiline garage's come standard with 600 centers. What does that mean? Well for starters it's ready to line, should you want to build an art room, hobby room, workshop etc.
If you take a closer look at this garage (left) one door is larger than the other. This was a request by the owner and something Just Kits can easily supply.

Colorbond supply 20 colours in the standard colorbond range. Just Kits use Bradnams windows and sliding glass doors. Bradnams have five standard colours for window and door frames. If you would like a non standard colour, Bradnams can powder coat frames in all other colourbond colours.

Custom Orb
Custom Orb or Corrugated Iron as its also known gives a shed a modern look with timeless appeal. You can have a vertical or horizontal finish. Extra clearance can be achieved with the door placed in the center of all garage types.
There is no extra charge for roller doors in side walls. Sliding glass doors and windows of any size can be installed. Up to four plumbing fixtures are aloud in a shed or garage.
All Hervey bay City Council rules for "outbuildings" eg: Sheds, garages and carports can be found on the council web site. Just Kits staff can also help with council rules and regulations.

The heritage look is achieved with the addition of a timber finial, gable vent, extra roof pitch and quad gutter (rounded).
As Just Kits garages have pre fabricated stud wall frames, so you stand the wall frame up and dynabolt it to the concrete slab.
Remote operator panel doors can be installed in a Just Kits Garage. Other extras as shown include gable overhang (150mm or 300mm) vertical feature sheets above and below the window and a gable vent.
Just Kits use quality B & D panel and roller doors on all garages.
Trimdek
Trimdek wall cladding is the most economical cladding in the range. The attractive vertical profile is one of the more common styles seen on garages and sheds.
Internal walls can be installed into all Just Kits garages should you wish to close one bay off for a workshop or entertainment area.
Just Kits supply colour matched wall screws on all garage's as a standard. All roof and wall cladding has a base metal thickness of .42 and a total of .47 with the colorbond finish. That's .47 on roof and walls not just the roof like most companies supply.
Please note! If you need a garage that will be delivered out side the Qld area please account for delivery. It is a costly process and usually ends up making the garage too expensive to consider. eg: standard size to NSW $2000 and upwards.
