The Just Kits range now includes the plans for council approval in the cost of the kit. It's never been a better time to build and beat the continuing price increases.
Just Kits Steel Building Systems has been servicing the Wide Bay Region since 1973, supplying steel framing and roof trusses to builder’s designs with garages to match, also cottage kits from the company’s factory in Hervey Bay.
Frames are clinched or welded depending on the design and wind loading. Portal roof systems are supplied in both garages and kit homes in one welded piece, no need to assemble on site with brackets and bolts.
Stud walls are not only steel framed but the external cladding is steel with the choice of either traditional Custom Orb® or Multiline® giving the home owner a lifetime of maintenance free living, with colours that will blend into the countryside.
Living area ceilings are raked with flat ceilings in bedrooms. Should an extra bedroom or other rooms be required Just Kits cottages can be extended lengthwise and internal framework changed to suit specific requirements.
House kits are ready to erect either on a slab or steel frame floor system with hot dipped galvanised stumps for both low and high set homes. One of the main attributes in choosing a Just Kits cottage is the wall frames are pre fabricated and assembled in Hervey Bay and delivered ready to stand up. The pre fabricated wall frames are constructed from BlueScope Lysaght steel used for quality and peace of mind. The floor system is made in panels and not delivered in pieces.
